Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Sploosh Clean LLC ("Sploosh," "we," "us"). By booking service or using splooshclean.com, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Sploosh provides residential trash and recycling bin cleaning at the curb on your scheduled pickup day in the Highlands Ranch and south Denver metro service area. Access to bins on the scheduled day is your responsibility; if bins are not accessible we may still bill for the visit.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Recurring plans (Monthly, Every 2 Months, Quarterly) auto-renew until you cancel.
• You may pause, skip, or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us — no contracts.
• Prices are shown at checkout. Extra bins beyond two are billed at $10 each per visit.
• "2nd clean free" credits apply to your next eligible visit and have no cash value.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a clean, contact us within 48 hours and we'll re-clean the affected bins or refund the visit at our discretion.

Weather & safety

We may reschedule service for weather (freezing temperatures, snow, high winds) or safety reasons. We'll notify you and shift the visit to the next available date.

Damage & liability

We treat your property with care. Sploosh is not responsible for pre-existing damage, cracked or brittle bins that fail during normal cleaning, or damage caused by conditions outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Colorado.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
